1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Zenith (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Zenith is an AI-powered learning platform offering spaced repetition flashcards, language conversation practice, and personalised study planning. Features vary by plan (Free and Pro).

3. Account

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • One account per person. Do not share your account.

4. Free and Pro plans

  • Free plan: up to 200 flashcards and 3 AI card generations per month.
  • Pro plan: unlimited flashcards, 100 AI generations per month, and access to premium features.
  • Pricing is displayed at checkout and may change with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Upload or generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the platform
  • Share your account credentials with others

6. Your content

You retain ownership of content you create (flashcards, decks, notes). You grant Zenith a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the Service. We do not use your content to train AI models.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenith is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before taking effect.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denmark.

These are stub terms for development purposes and will be reviewed by legal counsel before the platform accepts paying users.
